Raquel, with nearly 3 years at Ovesco, recently stepped into the role of Store Supervisor. She assists the sales team, ensures manufacturing orders are processed efficiently, and provides excellent customer service. Additionally, she contributes to workplace health and safety as a member of the WHS Committee and holds a First Aid Officers Certificate.

Raquel finds the diversity of tasks at Ovesco rewarding and takes a common-sense approach to helping customers, catering to the needs of individuals regardless of their background or company size. She values seamless communication between teams to ensure efficient order processing and timely deliveries.

Her favourite product is drawer slides, which she admires for their versatility.

Outside of work, Raquel enjoys family time, travel, genealogy research, swimming, and gardening. Professionally, she prioritises attentive customer service, while personally maintaining an easy-going attitude towards life.
